Uddersan

Uddersan Iodine Teat Sanitiser is a “dual-use” product to assist in the control of mastitis in dairy cows and as an aid in preventing teat cracking and chapping. 

• Now free of NPE!
• Uddersan contains 2% available iodine (20 gm/L iodine).
• When diluted at 1:3 for use as a teat dip, this results in the teat being covered by a plastic skin containing 5,000 parts per million of iodine, which rapidly kills mastitis producing bacteria.
• The Iodophor present in Uddersan with it’s unique conditioning agents ensures Uddersan is non irritant to the tissues of the teat promoting quicker healing of cuts and abrasions. In many cases Uddersan saves the use of an ointment or cream.
• Uddersan with its unique Iodophor technology surrounds the cow’s teat with a protective barrier against environmental mastitis.
• Uddersan with it’s Slow Release, Longer Acting formulation thus ensures extended mastitis control between milkings when compared with conventional iodine teat sanitisers.
• Economical in use – produces up to 200 litres of ready to use solution from a 20 litre container.
